The hotel had nice enough rooms, which were clean but a bit dated and small. The service was very accommodating and the staff friendly. The location was all right and close to the Missouri State Fairgrounds, but may have temperature control issues. The dining experience was just okay, although the baby back ribs were pretty good. The facilities seemed average, with an offer to sign up for Best Western Rewards.

During our stay, the hotel had some ups and downs. The service was top-notch, with high-speed internet and a breakfast that was hard to beat. However, the room was never serviced, and we experienced a scary incident with the shower ceiling collapsing just after my daughter got out. The room temperature was uncomfortable and stuffy, making it challenging to get proper air flow.

The room we stayed in was hot and stuffy with no way to adjust the temperature for better air circulation. Unfortunately, it was not serviced during our entire stay, and there was a concerning incident with the shower ceiling collapsing right after someone exited the shower.
